Wes Hall is an Emmy Award-winning TV host, sports broadcaster, and dynamic media personality known for his versatile presence across television, radio, and live events. A familiar face in both sports and entertainment, Wes serves as the host of Pregame/Postgame Live shows for the Washington Wizards and Washington Mystics and Beyond the Buzzer on Monumental Sports Network (MNMT). Wes also co-hosts the nationally syndicated series Greatest Sports Legends: Then and Now, where he brings iconic stories and modern perspectives to life. A Play-by-Play announcer as well, he calls basketball games for the Capital City Go-Go, recently called the 4th Annual Truth and Service Classic, and previously served as a Color Analyst for the Arena Football League’s Washington Valor. Whether he’s breaking down the latest in sports culture or engaging in sharp, insightful interviews, Wes brings an undeniable energy to the screen.

Recognized for his engaging style and insightful interviews, Wes has become a respected voice in sports and entertainment media. From co-hosting NBC Sports Washington’s DC Sports Live to acting as the In-Game Rules Expert for the XFL’s DC Defenders, his breadth of experience spans studio, sideline, and stadium. His resume includes hosting “The Hang Suite” on WHUR 96.3 FM and the fan-favorite “Wizards Outsiders” on NBC Sports Washington. Earlier in his career, Wes co-hosted Wiz Got Next, which won Best New Sports Show at the Cynopsis Sports Media Awards in 2017, and served as In-Game Host for the Washington Valor, captivating fans with his charisma and command of the moment. With a knack for turning any platform into a conversation worth watching, Wes continues to evolve as a creative force in media.

Beyond broadcasting, Wes is a committed advocate and artist, deeply involved in the community and the arts. He emceed the 2023 District Cup Polo match on the National Mall and portrayed Malcolm Holland in the acclaimed indie film Water in a Broken Glass, showcasing his dramatic range. His broadcasting roots trace back to Los Angeles, where he launched The Late Night with Wes on KHHT-HOT 92.3 and contributed to KTLK-AM1150 and SiriusXM. A proud graduate of Tennessee State University, Wes supports several philanthropic causes including the Capital Youth Empowerment Program (CYEP), Children’s National Hospital, Food on the Stove, the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Washington, the MSE Foundation and the Georgetown Lombardi Gala Board.
